Wherever you find yourself, coaching provides the structure, relationship and person to shift.
The relationship between coach and client is one of equals, where we journey together to increase your awareness, be actively in choice and move through relationships, life and work with alignment.
Step 1 Match
We will discuss what you want from coaching, and instead of explaining more of what it is and isn't, we will coach through a complimentary sample session. We will align to a topic of your choosing, establish your existing perspective and then coach through to wherever we need to go.
Outcome: Apart from experiencing a conversation unlike you have with anyone else, we will always progress further into or through the topic.
Step 2 Agreement
I got into coaching because of what I have experienced as a client. Every aspect of my life and work has been deepened or better aligned through the work I have done with my coach, and I wanted to share that space and do this work with others. I work with clients early in career through to executive and domains ranging the spectrum. The only requirement is a commitment to being honest and emotionally available for and with.
Outcome: I will share pricing options and terms and/or I can send an agreement outlining them. In both cases, you are never bound to anything.
Step 3 Beyond
We explore you, who are you and what you want. We accomplish this through methods honed over decades of research and application. We may start with your vocation or a relationship, but the focus will always be centered on you. The work can be uncomfortable and hard, and that is what makes it meaningful.
Outcome: You will gain increased clarity and awareness about how you are moving through your life and how you might do it with greater alignment to your wisest, true self. This can and will start to touch every aspect of your life that matters.
You may experience Steps 1 through 3 in our first session or many months into an engagement, and we will also design that based on your needs. Most clients start with six sessions over three months to establish trust and momentum and extend as needed.
